Clay Vessel Digital LLC (“I,” “me,” or “the studio”) collects only the information you choose to send through this website.

Information collected

The inquiry form on the contact page asks for your name, business name, email address, an optional phone number, and a description of what you need help with. Booking is handled by Cal.com, which may collect your name, email address, timezone, the time you select, and any questions configured on the event.

How that information is used

Inquiry and booking details are used solely to reply to you and to schedule and run a conversation about your project. They are not sold, rented, or used for advertising, and I do not add you to a mailing list.

Storage and delivery

Form submissions are sent through a configured delivery provider so the studio can receive and respond to them. Depending on that provider, the submission may be retained in an email inbox or another private workflow used to manage inquiries. Bookings are processed by Cal.com, which sends a calendar invite and notification when a time is confirmed. The website does not maintain its own customer database.

Limited technical request information may be processed briefly to prevent spam and abuse. Delivery and booking providers handle information under their own security and retention practices.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. These are privacy-conscious, do not use cookies for cross-site tracking, and are not used to build a marketing profile of you. Clicks on the main calls to action — booking, phone, email, and the inquiry form — are counted as anonymous, aggregate events so I can tell which parts of the site are useful. No personal detail is attached to those counts.

Your choices

You can ask what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@clayvesseldigital.com and I will handle it.
